• Work performed prior to cancellation is billable.
• Custom work reflects time already invested and is generally non-refundable.
• Third-party fees paid to platforms, carriers, or providers are non-recoverable through Invictus.

Client Delay

Delivery timelines depend on timely completion of onboarding, approvals, and access. Client delay does not create a refund entitlement.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are effective when acknowledged.
