Submitting an assessment is free and does not create a client relationship or a right to service.

48-Hour Follow-Up Fix

• A $750 deposit is due to begin, credited toward the $1,497 total. The remaining $747 is due at handoff. The deposit is fully refundable until onboarding begins. If Invictus cannot deliver the installation as scoped, the client receives a full refund of all amounts paid.
• Founding client pricing, when offered, follows the same 50% deposit and 50% at handoff structure.
• Payment and refund terms remain subject to the signed service agreement and applicable law.
• Third-party fees paid to platforms, carriers, or providers are non-recoverable through Invictus.

Follow-Up Fix Installation Timing and Client Delay

Your 48-hour installation window begins when Invictus confirms Ready-to-Build status. Ready-to-Build requires a signed agreement, the cleared deposit, completed onboarding, a compatible sending environment, minimum necessary platform access, and all required business information and initial approvals. The installation clock pauses while required client information, access, approvals, or technical remediation remain outstanding. Third-party registration, verification, carrier, platform, and remediation delays are outside the 48-hour installation window. A paused installation clock or client-caused delay does not create a refund entitlement, subject to the signed service agreement and applicable law.

Follow-Up Fix Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are effective when acknowledged.

Follow-Up Fix Refund Eligibility

The $750 deposit is fully refundable until onboarding begins. Once onboarding begins, amounts attributable to work already performed or custom work are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If Invictus cannot deliver the installation as scoped, the client receives a full refund of all amounts paid. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

7-Day Offer Conversion Campaign

This separate writing-only service is $497 total, not a Follow-Up Fix deposit. Its payment, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in the individual written agreement before payment. The Follow-Up Fix implementation-deposit policy above does not govern this campaign. Applicable non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with Invictus before initiating a chargeback.

Project-Specific Agreements

Where a signed project agreement addresses refunds, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict.
