How We Work

Discipline. Documented at every step.

Implementations often break down somewhere between a good idea and a rushed build. Our process is designed to reduce that risk by defining, approving, testing, and documenting the work in that order.

Scope is set before payment. Support is defined before handoff. Nothing is left to memory.

The Model

Eight stages, in fixed order.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the lead environment, systems in play, and where continuity currently breaks.

  2. 02

    Define

Set scope, dependencies, responsibilities, exclusions, and cost in writing.

  3. 03

    Approve

Client reviews and signs the defined scope before work begins.

  4. 04

    Implement

Focused build inside the approved boundaries, with no scope creep.

  5. 05

    Test

Controlled functional testing against the approved sequence.

  6. 06

    Document

Written record of the configuration, timing, dependencies, and support terms.

  7. 07

    Handoff

Formal transition to the client's environment and account control.

  8. 08

    Stabilize

A defined post-handoff period for qualifying implementation defects.

Operating Principles

Predictable, protective, precise.

  • Scope before payment
  • Minimum necessary data
  • Client-controlled accounts whenever practical
  • Secure access practices
  • No passwords in public forms
  • Written approvals
  • Documented testing
  • Defined support periods
  • Paid change orders
  • No hidden lifetime obligations
  • No unsupported performance guarantees

Third-Party Systems

A responsible view of external dependencies.

Invictus implementations may depend on external software, email providers, telephone carriers, websites, CRMs, advertising platforms, booking systems, APIs, domains, and client-controlled accounts. Invictus does not control the uninterrupted availability, pricing, policies, deliverability, or future compatibility of third-party systems.
