I started Invictus after watching good businesses lose good clients. Not from lack of effort... from systems that made simple things harder than they needed to be.

I hold an IT degree and more than 67 certifications, with years of training in buyer psychology and human communication. That combination matters. I know how systems work, and I know how people make decisions. Most firms only understand one of those.

My belief is simple. AI should help people serve more people.

When a business stops losing inquiries to a busy afternoon, it serves more clients. When it serves more clients, it grows. And when it grows, it hires. That's the work I want Invictus to be known for.
